Eric talked about being in a HUGE band – ie; lots of people & family members & how they go about getting along on the road.

He also talked about his Mother naming the band & her inspiration.

Josie asked about working with Lindsay Buckingham (Fleetwood Mac). Eric revealed he’d never met him & as honored as he was, it was all done through studio work &  solo tracking.

A few months ago Delta Rae dropped by HFS to perform acoustically & wowed the staff here. Eric talks to Josie about the difference between playing for 17 people or 70,000.

“…if the song can’t live & be powerful in a living room type setting with just basic instruments & singing then when you put it on a microphone & amplify it it’s not going to do anything. …the reason we got signed was a lot like the performance we did in your offices, it was just totally acoustic, unplugged for Seymour Stein at Sire Records. So, we owe a lot to sharing those intimate moments with an audience.”
