Wonder Twins Diplo and Avicii are activating their power in the form of a new remix.

Diplo has applied his remixing magic to Avicii’s single “You Make Me,” off his debut album True, taking the EDM collaboration between Avicii and Salem Al Fakir down the trap with some booming 808 bass beats and twisted synth melodies.

Diplo has been keeping busy with a number of projects, including a two-hour 2013 year-end mix and the recent three-day Holy Ship!!! rave cruise where he performed alongside Pharrell, Skrillex and Zedd.

While Diplo is preparing to head over to Africa to DJ in Kenya for the first time, Avicii is raising eyebrows with his recent endorsement of NJOY electronic cigarettes, allowing his song “Hey Brother” to be used in the company’s TV ads and even going on Facebook to show his support of the controversial products.
