You’re not the only one who’s concerned with all the information that’s floating around “in the cloud” and being hoarded by the NSA and who-knows-who-else. Big Data, an electropop duo hailing from Rochester and Brooklyn, is wary as well. Here’s how they explain themselves:

Big Data is a paranoid electronic music project from the Internet, formed out of a general distrust for technology and The Cloud (despite a growing dependence on them). Helmed by producer, Alan Wilkis, Big Data aims to explore the relationship between man and machine, and how the internet has reshaped the human experience.

On top of that, they’ve made an interactive video project for the song called “Facehawk”, which pretends to hijack your Facebook timeline and make turn it into creature with a life of its own. (Sounds hypocritical of them to do that, but they don’t actually keep your info.)

Creepy bio, creepy video project…but the song is damn catchy. ¬†Give it a listen, hit me up on Twitter or on Facebook, and let me know if you think we should be playing it on HFS!
